Add OneDrive support to your Linux installation

Microsoft’s OneDrive is very handy and gives you ample cloud storage; but as every Microsoft product, it’s challenging to use it under Linux. Well it seems that is about to change.

onedrive-d is the open source solution to cater to your needs; it runs as a monitoring daemon and it synchronizes the contents of a local folder you specify with your OneDrive account, making it a viable Dropbox alternative for Linux. The tutorial is pretty straight forward, and you can find it here. The project claims support for Ubuntu, CentOS, Fedora and RHEL – I’ll try it out later today in my Manjaro installation and I’ll update this post for any issues I may encounter.
